Pitt.—On April 30, 1947. at her residence 29 Harris St., Emily, widow of the late Major C. Dean Pitt, aged 80 years. A service will be held at the late residence to-morrow (Thursday), at 11.15 a.m., after which the funeral will leave for Taruheru Cemetery. T. N. Cochrane. Funeral Director. Spence.—At her residence No. 239 Kahutia Street on April 29. 1947, Barbara Annie beloved wife of William Low Spence, in her f,6th year. A service will be held at the above address to-morrow. Thursday, at 2 p.m., after which the funeral will leave for the Taruheru Cemetery. -“No flowers by request.” , T. N. Cochrane, Funeral Director. Watson.—At Kaiti, Gisborne, on April 29th, 1947, Lizzie Watson, loved cousin of Florence M. Witty, in her 85th year. “He giveth His beloved sleeD.” A service was held at No. 62 Wainui Hoad to-day, after which the funeral left for the Makaraka Cemetery. T. N. Cochrane, Funeral Director.
