TRANSPORT ALLOWANCES The Club is paying a proportion of the travelling allowances agreed to be paid to visiting horses by the Poverty Bay Turf Club. CONDITIONS. The Committee reserves the right to alter the order of the events on the Programme at any time prior to the date of the Meeting. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be re-handi-capncd. All nominations made by telegram or by telephone must be confirmed in writing immediately afterwards. ACCOMMODATION.
