Civic Reception Declined

The ofler of a civic reception in Gisborne on the occasion of his first visit to the town as a Minister of the Crown has been declined by Mr. E. L. Cullen, Minister of Agriculture, who is to spend part of Monday and all day Tuesday in the district. The Mayor, Mr N. 11.
