Truck Passenger Hurt

Skidding on the wet bitumen surface at the junction of Fitzherbert street and Clifford street at 6.20 p.m. on Saturday, a truck driven by Mr. T. McFadven collided with a telegraph pole on the northern side of Clifford street and a passenger in the vehicle. Mr. J. McMullen, 58 Clifford street, was subsequently admitted to the Cook Hospital suffering from concussion. It was learned to-day that his condition was comfortable.
