Hand Instruments in Demand
All the instruments and music .formerly used by the Auckland Municipal Band are to be sold by the Auckland City Council to the Seddon Memorial Technical College for £IOOO. When tenders were called for the disposal of the instruments which have been valued at nearly £llsO. offers were received from numerous bands throughout New Zealand and one from the Government of Tonga.
