TRANSFER TO BELGIUM

GERMAN WORKERS (10 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 30. The Brussels correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says it is authoritatively stated that the Belgian Government approached Britain with proposals that displaced persons in the British zone of Germany should be permitted to work in Belgian factories. The correspondent adds that other European countries where labour is short are understood to be contemplating a similar step.
