SOVIET WITHDRAWAL

MANCHURIA DISPUTE NANKING, Jan. 26. Pro - Government dispatches from Manchuria state that Chinese troops have taken over Japanese-built hydroelectric installations on the Yalu River, north-east of Antung, which the Russians have been garrisoning. The river is the boundary between Manchuria * and Russian - occupied Northern Korea, but the power units are on the Manchurian .side. They have been the subject of negotiations since Chinese troops drove Communists from the area last autumn. The dispatches add that Soviet troops withdrew entirely into Korea on Tuesday.
