ATOMIC ENERGY CONTROL AMERICA WILL NOT YIELD WASHINGTON, Jan. 28. Mr. Warren Austin, the United States representative to the United Nations, after conferring with President Truman, said that until effective inter-
national control of atomic energy was created the United States’ best hope for security was in universal training. "The United States will never disarm unilaterally, nor yield to pressure on production of atomic bombs until collective security is established," he said.
