GREEK MEASURES

INTERNAL APPEASEMENT ATHENS, Jan. 27. The Exchange Telegraph’s correspondent in Athens says it is reliably learned that the new Government’s programme to be submitted to the Chamber of Deputies to-day will announce the following decisions aimed at internal appeasement: First, a general revision of deportations; secondly, the immediate suspension of deportation of women and children; thirdly, an amnesty for bandits surrendering before a given date and effective protection for them.
