The Margaret \V Failed from Gisborne yesterday afternoon for Coast bays and Auckland.

The Pnkura is loading at Lyttelton for Napier and Gisborne. The Pukeko, which has been idle at Auckland for tlie past week while replacements have been sought for her crew, paid off her crew yesterday until nftcr the Christmas period. The vessel was originally to sail for Napier and Gisborne at the end of last week w.ith general cargo, some of which was urgently mpiircd for the Christmas market. The absence of two seamen delayed her and tlie company was unable to find replacements. The Wainui sailed from Gisborne yesterday afternoon for Wellington and Dunedin. The Totum is expected to leave Greymouth on Monday with a cargo of coal for Gisborne. The vessel is due here about Thursday and will discharge next Friday.
