SYDNEY WATERFRONT INJUNCTION MOVE FAILS SYDNEY, Dec. 10. The High Court has dismissed an application by the Crown for the early hearing of an appeal against the granting of" an iterlocutory injunction restraining the Stevedoring Industry Commission from ordering annual leave on full payThe Justice said the court would not be influenced or embarrassed bv any threat of industrial disturbance. Meantime, the shipping companies have issued a writ seeking an injunction against direction by the Stevedoring Industry Commission, ordering attendance pav for waterside workers.
