TROOPS AND SAILORS FORCES IN JAPAN GO a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 10. Troops and sailors in the Britishoccupied area of Japan have exchanged duties for a week to become familiar with each other’s work, says Reuter’s correspondent in a dispatch from Kure. Twenty Dorsetshire Regiment men boarded ‘ the cruiser Bermuda and 25 sailors landed on Shikoku Island to undertake patrols and guard duties. The scheme was suggested by RearAdmiral Woodhouse, wlio is touring the area in the Bermuda, the flagship of the British Pacific Fleet task force operating in Japanese waters.
