DUNLOP FACTORY
CONSTRUCTION SOON (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. After considerablye delay due mainly to the cement shortage, the building of the Dunlop Company’s Upper Ilutt tyre factory is expected to begin soon. ‘ This was revealed yesterday by Mr. P Proctor, managing director of Dunlop (N.Z.). Limited, which is to make rubber goods in the Dominion with the production of tyres concentrated at Upper Hutt
