BILL INTRODUCED
RIGHTS OF PASSENGERS (P.R.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. The Passengers Rights Conservation Bill was introduced in the Legislative Council yesterday afternoon by Mr. P. J. O’Regan and read a first time. Mr. O'Regan said, when introducing the bill, that he understood it was hopeless to expect to gefit through this session, but he wished to sec it printed and circulated.
