LEGISLATION POSSIBLE “SQUATTING” CONDEMNED (P.R.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 18. “I hope we are not going to have anything of that here,” said the Prime Minister, Mr. P. Fraser, in the House of Representatives yesterday in a brief reference to the problem of “squatters” in Britain. Mr. Fraser added that the House might be asked to make some provision in some way in regard to empty houses. The risk should not be run, however, of taking possession of property illegally. .
