JEWELLERY AND BONDS GESTAPO COLLECTION LONDON. July 19. Military Government officials have discovered millions of pounds worth o! jewellery and bonds near Lineberg, says Reuter’s correspondent in Ilerfoi'd. The booty was previously confiscated bv the Gestapo. The British authorities removed the boxes in which it was discovered to a bank, where the contents were found to be “almost priceless. ’ The hoard was found last year in a cellar. , , , A clue fo the boxes contents was a mysterious black-bound book signed by four members of the S.S. which was sent to the military governor by an unknown informant. Some of the lawful owners have already been traced.
