GERMAN CRUISER | OTHER SHIPS DISABLED |(10 a.m.) BERLIN, July 21. f The naval division of the Allied Control Commission announced that the German cruiser Leipzig had been towed to sea and scuttled off Wilhelmshaven. Demolitions had been carried out at Kiel on the cruiser Hipper and the pocket battleship Admiral Scheer.
