<£|p» 46 YEARS A HANDICAPPER (P.A.) WELLINGTON, May 14. Mr. H. Coyle, the well-known racing handicapper, is shortly retiring from his position with the 21 clubs for which he acts in the North Island. Mr. Coyle has been handicapper for the Wellington Racing Club sicc 1914. His first appointment was in 1900 with the Ohingaiti Racing Club, a non-totalisator body registered with the Wanganui Racing Club. He was appointed handicapper by the Hawke’s Bay club in 1905 and since then has framed the weights for most of the leading clubs in the lower half of the North Island,
