! RUSSIAN INTEREST JOINT EXPLORATION ;<9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 14. Russia and Hungary, according to the Russian News Agency at Budapest, haVe agreed to establish a joint company for prospecting for and extracting oil and gas, also for oil refining and the rile of oil products. They have also agreed to establish a joint bauxite-aluminium company.
