TURKS WANT U.S. LOAN
(9 a.m.) , WASHINGTON, April 14. Turkey lias applied for an American loan of about 500,000.000 dollar? to finance industrial development. A Government official said that Turkey would spend the money on supplies, equipment and machinery but not on arms nor ammunition.
