ARRANGEMENTS PROCEED ( p.A.) WELLINGTON, April 13. The chairman of the New Zealand Rushy Union, Mr. S. S. Dean, referring to a Sydney cable messase on transport difficulties for the Australian Rushy tour of the Dominion, said he had been assured by Tasman Empire Anways that the Rugby Union could safely co ahead with plans for the tour in August and September. ~ . , Tasman Empire Airways, he said, expected to have a daily service operating then.
