POLISH REFUSAL
RETURN OF TERRITORY DISPUTE WITH CZECHS (9 am .) • WARSAW, April 6. The Warsaw Government published a definite refusal to surrender any part of Poland's newly-acquired German territory to Czechoslavakia as demanded by the Prague Government. The Czech claims concern the Glatz area, bordering the Sudentenland, on the Lower Neisser River. Polish-Czech relations have become increasingly strained since the failure of the negotiations last February.
