FOOD FOR BRITAIN
(10 a.m.) ' OTTAWA, April 5. The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. J. G. Gardiner, stated that the BritishCanadian agreement for the British purchase of Canadian food would be signed shortly. The United Kingdom was prepared to purchase in the next three years Canada’s maximum supplies. .
