.' RAPIDLY BEING BROKEN SYDNEY, March 25. A statement that State Labour Party industrial groups were rapidly breaking the grip of Communists on the trade union movement was made by Mr. T. Juner. president of the groups at the annual conference. Following the decision of the Labour Party conference to establish industrial groups in workshops and unions to combat Communist influence, he said, the Communists had begun to lose control. “We will extend the groups' efforts to the Communist-controlled waterside workers and miners. We shall continue our challenge to the Communist control of the Clerks' Union.
