CHANGE IN COMMAND LONDON. Feb. 12. The War Office has announced that Major-General E. N. Crawford has been appointed G.0.C., Greece, with the acting rank of lieutenant-general, vice Lieutenant-General Sir Ronald Scobie. Lieutenant-General Crawford, since the end of 1942, ha s been director of air at the War Office. LieutenantGeneral Scobie will return to Britain on leave after five years overseas.
