LEGAL ACTION THREAT . ALLEGATIONS DENIED (9 a .m.) LONDON, Feb. li. The Belgian Premier, M. van Acker, announced that he was taking legal action against certain Belgian newspapers which published allegations stating .that he had participated in acts of collaboration in 1940 and that he had signed a manifesto for the establishment of a “new order” in Belgium. The Brussels radio, giving M. van Acker’s announcement, adds that the Prime Minister officially denied the allegations.
