VISCOUNT MONTGOMERY (1 p.m.) LONDON. Jan. 27. Field Marshal Montgomery is retaining his family name in his new title which will be gazetted shortly as Viscount Montgomery of Alamein of Hindhead, Surrey, says the Sunday Times The Field Marshal could not simply be Viscount Montgomery, because there is already Earl Montgomery, an Irish Viscount Montgomery and a Scottish Lord Mongomerie.
