WAIRARAPA STUD SALE (P.A.) ' MASTERTON, Jar.. 17. At the Wairarapa stud breeders’ annual sale at Solway the bidding was somew'hat erratic and only the best animals created interest. The top price, 575c:n5., was obtained by Sir William Perry for a Romney ram purchased by a southland syndicate, Mr. Alan Galt, Mataurn and the estate of D. Robertson, Gore. Mr. R. D. Smith. Gore, paid 400 Kns. for a ram from the flock of L. A. Southey, Masterton. J. G. and I. R. Donald, Featherston. received 550gns. for a ram purchased by Mr. A. S. Murray. Mosedel. R. M. Perry, Masterton, made the top price in Southdowns with 370gns. paid by Mr. W. R. Oakley, Waipukurau.
