SEVEN NAZIS’ CRIMES (9 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 18. The Moscow radio says that seven Germans accused of war crimes at Mikolayev, on the Black Sea, were found guilty and publicly hanged in the presence of a crowd of oa,ouu people.
