GOODWILL AIR TOUR
ARIES FOR AFRICA RADAR DEMONSTRATION (9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 16. The Lancaster Aries, which carried out scientific flights over the North Pole, took off from a southern England aerodrome on a goodwill tour of South Africa. The aircraft is equipped with the latest types of radar navigation equipment, and will give demonstrations to South African airport personnel.
