YOUNG WOMAN KILLED
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 21. A young woman died in the Auckland Hospital yesterday from injuries she received when the car in which she was a passenger skidded and collided with a power pole outside the Dilworth School. Great South road, early in the morning. She was:
Mrs. Margaret Ngaire Wakefield, aged 26. St. Stephen’s avenue, Parnell. It is not known what caused the vehicle to skid, but in the collision Mrs. Wakefield received severe head injuries and lacerations. '
