TRIAL AT SMOLENSK
MASS MURDER CHARGES MOSCOW, Dec. 17. The Russian military tribunal at Smolensk has begun the trial of 10 exWehrmacht men accused of mass murders and atrocities irnthe Smolensk area in 1941-43. The accused, who are prisoners of war, pleaded guilty.
