NOTICE is-hereby given that the Order dated the 12th day of October, 1945, confirming the reduction of the capita! of the above-named Company from £OOO,OOO to £400,000 and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above-named Act were registered by the Assistant-Registrar of Companies at Gisborne on the 24th day of October. 1945. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the said Minute is in .the words and figures following:— The capital of the Company is henceforth £400.000, divided into 342,508 Ordinary Freezing Shares of Five Shillings each, 10 000 Preference Freezing Shares of One Pound each, 598,018 Ordinary Mercantile Shares of Ten Shillings each, and 5304 Preference Mercantile Shares of One Pound each. (3) 251,924 Ordinary Mercantile Shares have been issued numbered as follows —1 to 3358, 3309 to 3708, 3719 to 8010, 8027 to 9823, 9849 to 52521, 53122 to 252579, and the sum of Five Shillings has been and is deemed to have been paid up on each of the said Ordinary Mercantile Shares numbered 1 to 3358, 3309 to 3708, 3719 to 8016, 8027 to 9823, 9849 to 52521 54122 to 210359, and the sum of Ten Shillings has been and is deemed to have been paid up on each of the said Ordinary Mercantile Shares numbered 53122 to 51121 and 216360 to 252579; and (4) 5304 Preference Mercantile Shares numbered 1 to 5304 have been issued and the sum of One Pound has been and is deemed to have been paid up on each of the said Preference Mercantile Shares. The remaining 53,702 Ordinary Freezing Shares and 340,094 Ordinary Mercantile Shares arc unissued.
