JAPANESE GENERALS SWORDS HANDED OVER RANGOON Oct 24 The Japanese, General Kimura and General Sakurai, escorted by six British officers, after saluting the Union JacK which .was hoisted for the occasion over the headquarters bidding today, formally handed their swords to the commander of the British 12th Army in Burma.
