CANADIAN DEFINITION (10 a.m.) ‘ OTTAWA Oct. 23. A Canadian Citizenship Bill has been introduced in the House of Commons. Canadians are at present listed under three catalogues—a Canadian citizen, a Canadian national and a British subject. The bill confers Canadian citizenship on all native-born Canadians and aliens who have taken out naturalisation papers and British subjects resident in Canada.
