Local Arrangements Gisborne personnel ex the liner Andes are expected to arrive by train at the Gisborne railway station at 12.50 a.m. on Thursday. Mo special restrictions will apply to the use of ihe station platform by the public, but the Army Department makes the customary request that the general public will facilitate the meeting of returning ’lion and their next-of-kin. The train is expected to reach Wairoa at 10.28 o’clock to-night and will stay there for seven minutes to enable the men to obtain refreshments, then proceeding on its way at 10.35 p.m.
