PALESTINIAN UNREST TEL AVIV. Oct. X!). The British Army and R.A.F. have heen issued emergency orders compelling all officers in Palestine to carry arms at all times. The authorities have issued curfew passes to War Department and civilian employees as a precaution against the early imposition of a curfew.
