ARRESTS IN TOULON
FOOD SHOPS LOOTED LONDON, Sept. 18. Fifty arrests wore made at Toulouse during the week-end after widespread looting of food shops. Housewives in Montpellier organised a mass demonstration outside the food shops. Former deportees in Lyons formed teams to inspect food shops and restaurants to see that prices conformed to official limits.
