THE TANGIER ZONE
SPAIN’S JUST RIGHTS CONDITIONAL SAFEGUARDS LONDON, Sept. 2. The Paris correspondent of The Times says it is understood that, while the terms of the Tangier accord safeguard Spain’s just rights in the Tangier zone, thev impose conditions that the Spanish Government must carry cut without delay in order to end the present usurpation.
