PEARL HARBOUR CHIEF (9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Sept. 3. “Admiral H. Kimmel, Commander of the Naval Forces at Pearl Harbour on December 7, 1941, will call for a showdown to clear his name and his demand will undoubtedly meet a sympathetic reception in the Capitol.’* says the New York Herald Tribune’s correspondent in Washington.
