0 INSTITUTE DOES THE BOYS’ NEED £50,000? Make no mistake ... the need is urgent! The present Hostel accommodates 40 boys. . . but the proposed new Hostel for 100 boys will be full the day it opens. And these boys need our aid. They’re orphans, or country lads working in Wellington, perhaps sons of fallen servicemen. They get more than good board .. . they get planned recreation, useful hobbies, sound counsel and wise guidance ... and they pay only from 11/- to 25/- a week. There’s another urgent need for this money, too ! The Boys’ Institute, realising the necessity for ensuring the continuance of our agricultural heritage, plans to purchase a training farm which will be operated by boys for the boys . . . under the tuition of experts.
