RUMANIAN ESTATES
HANDED TO FARMERS (10 a.m.) LONDON. July 2. The Moscow radio, quoting the Rumanian Minister of Agriculture, said that 28,218 estates in Rumania, totalling 2,700,000 acres have been split up and'handed over to farmers under the agrarian reform law.
