RUPTURE DENIED
FRENCH AND SYRIANS (10 a.m.) LONDON, June 29. The Exchange Telegraph’s correspondent in Paris says it is officially denied that the evacuation of the official residence in Beirut by the French representative, M. Lagarde, indicates a rupture of diplomatic relations.
