“MONTY" KEYED UP
CLASH WITH RUNDSTEDT YOUNGER JN~ APPEARANCE (10 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 8. Field Marshal Montgomery looks 10 years younger than he did three years ago in the desert, says the British United Press correspondent with the American forces after attending the Field-marshal’s p.ress conference. “Monty” is still a showman but he is more assured and more fluent in speech. He is keyed up to outmanoeuvre a worthy opponent, yon Rundstedt and appears to be enjoying the contest of wits.
