GRADUAL RELEASE
INDIAN DETAINEES MEMBERS OF CONGRESS LONDON. Jan. 3. Members of the Indian Congress Party who were arrested with Gandhi in 1943 are being slowly released, states the British United Press correspondent in New Delhi. Two hundred political prisoners will be freed early this year, but the most influential members of the Congress Party will remain behind bars.
