GERMAN ALIENS’ ACTS WASHINGTON, Sept. 14. The Justice Department announced the indictment of 174 German aliens in the United States on charges of conspiring to conceal affiliations with the Nazi Parly and making false statements during the f 942 aliens registration. The Attorney-General, Mr. Francis Biddle, said that this is the first action against members of the Nazi Party in the United States. The prosecutions were delayed for reasons of security.
