REGISTRATION SYSTEM (P.A. WELLINGTON, April 21. "From April 24 to May 6 the people may change their registration for butter and sugar," said .the food rationing controller, Mr. J. E. Thomas. “This. is the normal six-monthly change period .but, owing to the increased work the shopkeepers are experiencing, consumers are requested to refrain from making any change of retailer unless it is absolutely necessary. After securing the necessary forms from the new retailer the consumer rntfst fill them in and hafid them to the retailer, Who will take the necessary action. Consumers will be given another opportunity ..of changing their butter and sugar registrations oru the expiry of the present ration book.” ... -, -■■■
