ORDER TO REVOLT
CZECHOSLOVAK PEOPLE CALL BY GOVERNMENT (10 a.m.) LONDON, March 13. An order to the country to change over from passive to active resistance, developing into an “armed uprising of all against the foreign invader,” • has been broadcast by the Czechoslovak Government in London. The Press Association points out that the appeal was made with the Red Army less than 120 miles from the Czechoslovakian border.
