The Anglo-American-Canadian Combined Production and Resources Board has formed a textile committee to survey wartime and relief requirements of the United Nations and allocate the capacity of each producing country accordingly. Members of the committee are industrial specialists in textile goods. The British member is Colonel IV. A. Grierson, director of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce. The United States member is Mr. H. L. Bailey, president of the Wellington Sears Company of New York, manufacturers of heavy cotton goods. Canada is represented by Mr. S. G. Dixon, president of Courtaulds (Canada), Limited.
