FORCE FOR PACIFIC

MEXICAN VOLUNTEERS PREPARATIONS MADE (9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 7. Addressing the Senate Committee, the President of Mexico, General Camacho, indicated that his Government had decided to send a Mexican expeditionary force abroad to fight side by side with the Allies in file Pacific, reports the Mexico City correspondent of the New York Times. General Camacho added that no matter what place the force went to, they would have a distinguished part. He hoped it would be the Philippines, to co-operate in the reconquest of the islands from the Japanese. The correspondent says that military circles report that the Government has already started the preparation of a force composed entirely of volunteers.
